Our Favorite Remedies for Motion Sickness

I’ve only been really, truly seasick once in my life and that was more than enough. It was a good fifteen years ago on a catamaran cruise with my family in Hawaii. I still get a little queasy thinking about it! After a fun day in the water, the seas were a bit rough on the way home. I started feeling sick a few minutes into the return trip and by the time we reached shore, all I wanted to do was lay in bed. I felt nauseous for days! It was awful.

Thankfully, I’ve developed a much stronger constitution since then. Partially because I’m now way more comfortable on a moving boat (for obvious reasons). But I’ve also developed some solid strategies for keeping sea sickness at bay (pro tip: don’t go below deck if you’re feeling nauseous!).

I’ve shared my tried and true remedies over on the Progressive Life Lanes blog. Cruise on over to read up on my favorite strategies for preventing (and reversing!) motion sickness.
